Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to love your Videre pieces. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return window
- 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
- For UK online orders, your statutory 14‑day cooling‑off period applies.
Change‑of‑mind returns
- If you change your mind, you can return eligible items at your own postage cost.
- We refund the item price. If you cancel under the 14‑day cooling‑off rules and return the whole order, we also refund the standard outbound delivery charge (premium/express upgrades are not refunded).
Faulty or incorrect items
- If your item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item/size, we’ll cover the return postage and offer a full refund or replacement.
- You have a short‑term right to a full refund within 30 days for faulty goods.
Conditions for returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in resaleable condition, with all tags attached.
- Hygiene items (e.g., tights, leotards ) must be tried on over underwear and returned as received or we may refuse the return unless the item is faulty (health & hygiene exception).
- Please avoid makeup or deodorant marks when trying on.
How to start a return
- Use our contact form or email info@videreuk.com with your order number and what you’d like to return/exchange.
- We’ll reply with instructions and a return address. If eligible, we can provide a prepaid label and deduct the label cost from your refund, or you can use your own tracked service.
- Keep proof of postage.
Refund timing
- We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of receiving proof you’ve sent them).
- Refunds go to your original payment method. Your bank/card provider may take a few days to post the funds.
- We may deduct a reasonable amount if items show use beyond what’s needed to check fit/colour.
Exchanges
- Fastest option: return for a refund and place a new order.
- Or request a size/colour exchange (subject to stock).
Non‑returnable items
- Gift cards and final‑sale items (if marked as such at checkout).
- Used or marked goods
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
