Shipping policy

We aim to get your order to you quickly and safely.

Processing time

• Orders are packed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed after 12:00pm (midday) may be processed the next business day.

UK delivery

• Standard (2-3 days). £2.95 for orders up to £49.99  — typically 2–3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri Standard.
• Free Standard UK shipping (2-3 days) on orders £50+ — typically 2–3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri Standard.
• Express (1-2 days):  £5.95  — shipped via Royal Mail 24 or Evri Next Day or comparable service. Order by 12:00pm (Mon–Fri) for same‑day dispatch. Express orders placed after 12:00 or on weekends/Bank Holidays dispatch the next business day.

We’ll email you a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.

Europe & International

We do not currently ship outside of the UK.

Address changes & delivery issues

• Please check your delivery address carefully. We cannot redirect once an order has shipped.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we can resend once any additional postage is paid.

Lost or delayed parcels

• If your UK parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 working days after dispatch, contact us and we’ll help.
  

Preorders/Backorders

If an item is marked as preorder, dispatch times will be shown on the product page. Your order will ship when all items are ready (we can split shipments on request).

Couriers & exclusions

• We primarily use Royal Mail and Evri. Services may vary based on parcel weight/size and your location.
• Some remote UK areas may take longer or require an alternate service.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes.
